【摘要】 分别采用细胞涂片和细胞切片法比较 DATS 诱导的人胃癌细胞凋亡的培养细胞形态学、免疫组化及Tunel 研究效果。结果显示：细胞切片法优于细胞涂片法。细胞切片法能清晰显示细胞的结构，便于凋亡的形态学改变的观察;能准确显示免疫组化及Tunel的阳性定位，便于判断阳性结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the morphology,immunohistochemical staining ,Tunel of human gastric cancer cell line apoptosis induced by DATS(dially trisulfide),cell s mear and paraffin-embedded section of cultured cells were applied.The results showed that paraffin-embedded section of cells clearly displayed constructu re of cells， the location of immunohistochemical staining and Tunel of cells,w hich can be easily discerned to observe the variations in cells.It was conclded that the method of paraffin-embeded section of cells is better than that of cell smear.更多还原
