【摘要】 目的　观察大蒜绿茶合剂对人淋巴细胞转化功能的影响。方法　采用MTT法检测人淋巴细胞转化功能作用。结果　大蒜绿茶合剂稀释液 (1∶2～ 1∶16 )对植物血凝素 (PHA)诱导人淋巴细胞增殖具有明显促进作用 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。结论　大蒜绿茶合剂具有增强人淋巴细胞转化功能作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of garlio and green tea mixture on human lymphocyte transformation function.Method:The MTT colorimetric assay was used to human lymphocyte transformation fanction.Results:Garlic and green tea mixture(1∶2～1∶16)significantly promoted proliferation of human lymphocyte induced by phascolus vulgaris agglutinin (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion:Garlic and green tea mixture may enhance human lymphocyte transformation function.
