【摘要】 为探讨大鼠正常组织中的端粒酶活性及意义 ,采用TRAP结合液闪计数法定量测定了成年SD大鼠大肠粘膜、肺脏、肝脏、睾丸及附睾组织中的端粒酶活性。结果显示 :这些组织中都有不同程度的端粒酶活性 ,其中睾丸组织中端粒酶活性水平最高。说明大鼠正常组织中有不同程度的端粒酶活性表达 ,并可能与人类正常组织中的调节机制不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the significance of telomerase activity in normal tissues in rats,the method of combining telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) and scintillation count assay was used to quantify telomerase activity from colon mucosa, lung, liver, testicle and epididymis in Sprague-Dawley rats.The results showed that all of these tissues had telomerase activity,and the level of telomerase activity in testicle was the highest. It suggests that the telomerase activity is various in different tissues in rats, and that the telomerase regulation mechanism in rats maybe differ from that in human. [WT5HZ]更多还原
