【摘要】 采用体外细胞毒活性追踪的方法 ,应用多种层析手段 ,从采自西沙群岛永兴岛的皮海绵 ( Suberitestylobtusa Levi)脂溶性部分中分离得到十八个化合物。本文报道其中 5个化合物 :尿嘧啶 ,N,N′-甲基 -苯基脲 ,十八烷基 -α-甘油醚和十七烷基 -α-甘油醚 ,2 -甲氧基 -十八烷基 -α-甘油醚的分离和结构鉴定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guided by in vitro cytotoxic activity, multi chromatography methods are employed. Eighteen compounds have been isolated from the lipid friction of the sponge suberites tylobtusa levi. The five of them uracil, N methyl N’ phenylurea, n octadecyl α glycerin ether, n heptadecyl α glycerin ether, 2 methoxyl octadecyl α glycerin ether were identified by analysis of IR, Mass, 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR spectral data.更多还原
