【摘要】 采用甲醇法分别对罗氏海盘车、海燕、金氏真蛇尾 3种棘皮动物的皂甙进行了提取制备 ,其产率分别为 0 .0 2 33%、0 .0 52 2 %、0 .1154% ,结果表明金氏真蛇尾的皂甙含量最高 ,并且对 3种皂甙进行理化性质实验、溶血实验、紫外光谱和红外光谱鉴定比较 ,证明提取物为海星总皂甙 ,由罗氏海盘车、海燕、金氏真蛇尾提取的皂甙溶点分别为 175～ 178℃、2 4 2～ 2 55℃、2 4 4～ 2 6 0℃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Asterossaponin from Asterias rollestoni Asterina pectinifera and Ophiura kinbergi at the coast Yantai were prepared separately by extration with methanol,the yields were 0.0233g、0.0522g and 0.1154g from 100g dry material respectively.The content of asterosaponin from Ophiura kinbergi is the most.Data of the physical and chemical test,hemolytic test,ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum analyses showed that the extracts were asterosaponin.The melting point of asterosaponin from Asterias rollestini Asterina pectinifera and Ophiura kinbergi oranged 175～178℃,242～255℃ and 244～260℃ respectively.更多还原
