甲壳质衍生物916对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的预防作用

【摘要】 本文研究了 916对高脂血症的新西兰白兔的动脉粥样硬化的抑制作用。在用高脂饲料喂养家兔的同时 ,分别连续给以 4 ,2 0 ,4 0 mg· kg-1的的 916共 11w。结果表明 :916降低血清甘油三酯 ( TG)、总胆固醇( TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( L DL- C) ,明显升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL- C)。 916还具有抗脂质氧化的作用 ,表现为降低家兔血清中丙二醛 ( MDA)的含量。而且 ,916减小动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成 ,从而抑制动脉粥样硬化的发展。实验结果表明 :916的抗动脉粥样硬化作用与它的调血脂、抗氧化有关

【Abstract】 The inhibitory effects of 916 on atherogenesis in the hypercholesterolemic New Zealand White Rabbits were studied in this paper.Rabbits were treated with 916 at doses of 4,20 and 40mg·kg -1 for eleven weeks ,respectively,simultaneously fed with hypercholesterolemic diets.The results indicated that 916 lowered serum TG,TC,LDLC levels,followed by significant increase in serum HDLC.And also 916 prevented lipid from being oxidized,characterized by a reduction in MDA content.Furthermore,916 decreased the formation of atherosclerotic plaques, subsequently inhibiting the development of atherosclerosis.These findings suggested that antiatherogenetic activity exerted by 916 was supposed to contribute to its lipidmodulating and antioxidizing effects.
