D-聚甘酯对原代培养胎大鼠皮层神经元细胞外液NO的影响
EFFECTS OF D-MANNORONICATE ON EXTRACELLULAR NO LEVEL IN PRIMARY CULTURED RAT CORTICAL NEURONS
【摘要】 体外培养胎大鼠皮层神经元 ,利用低糖低氧环境造成脑缺血模型 ,观察了 D-聚甘酯对低糖低氧所致NO释放的影响。结果表明 D-聚甘酯 5,2 5,50 mg· L-1不能抑制低糖低氧所导致的 NO释放的增多。提示 D-聚甘酯可能以非 NO途径发挥其脑缺血保护作用
【Abstract】 The effects of DMannuronicate on extracellular nitric oxide(NO)levels were investigated in primary cultured rat cortical neuronal cells.NO was measured by using spectrometry. The results showed that DMannuronicate 5、25、50mg·L 1 could not inhibit the elevation of NO in prmary cultured neurons that were exposed for 8h to hypoxic and hypoglycemic situation,suggesting that DMannuronicate dont exert neuroprotective effects by influencing the production of NO after ischemic damage.
