【摘要】 采用甲醇法从黄海产海燕各组织中提取了海星总皂甙 ,产品经理化实验 ,溶血实验 ,紫外光谱 ,红外光谱的分析鉴定 ,证明提取物为海星总皂甙。海燕的供试组织内均含有海星总皂甙 ,各组织的溶血性能按以下顺序依次递减 :胃、幽门盲囊、体壁和生殖腺 ,这些组织的海星总皂甙产率分别为 0 .0 61%、0 .0 4 5%、0 .0 2 9%、和 0 .0 0 0 %。且由溶血实验得出不同组织中海星总皂甙的分布及溶血活性大小不同。海燕海星总皂甙的熔点为 2 4 2℃～ 2 55℃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Asterosaponin of Asterina pectinifera collected at the coast of Yangma island in Huanghai was prepared by extration of four tissues with methanol,respectively.Data of the physical and chemical test,hemolytic test,as well as UV and IR analysis showed that the extracts were asterosaponin and the hemolytic test showed the different distribution and hemolytic activity of asterosaponin from different tissues.Asterosaponin’s melting point ranged from 242℃ to 255℃.更多还原
