【Abstract】 Using purified MLTAP, New Zealand white rabbit is immunized by the methods of multi point injection in butt and injection in subcutaneous tissue and the polyclone antibody is obtained. Subsequently,the polyclone antibody is purified. Detecting by ELISA method shows that the titre is 128 000. The western blotting test demonstrates that the antigen and the antibody have high specificity.更多还原
