钝顶螺旋藻营养生理的研究III.钝顶螺旋藻对磷酸盐的吸收利用
THE STUDY ON NUTRITIONAL PHYSIOLOGY OF SPIRULINA PLATENSIS III:THE UPTAKE AND USAGE OF INORGANIC PHOSPHATE
【摘要】 利用均匀设计法设计得到的 12种培养基及对照 Zarrouk培养基对钝顶螺旋藻 ( Spirulinaplatensis) S6品系进行培养 ,研究了添加磷酸盐的不同培养基下螺旋藻对磷酸盐的吸收利用。结果表明 ,螺旋藻 S6对磷酸盐的净利用量在 0 .2 0~ 0 .86mmol/ L之间 ,且与螺旋藻生长速度呈线性关系 ;磷酸盐为螺旋藻生长利用的主要磷源 ,含量不足会限制螺旋藻的正常生长 ;培养基中的磷酸盐添加量以1.16mmol/ L左右最为适宜 ,既可满足藻体的最佳生长 ,又可降低约 60 %的磷源养殖成本
【Abstract】 Cultured with twelve media designed with the uniform design method, in comparison with the zarrouk medium,the uptake of phosphate(PO 4 P) in different media by the blue green algae Spirulina platensis strain S 6 are studied in this paper. Result shows that the net usage quantity of phosphate by Spirulina S 6 is in the range of 0.20~0.86 mmol/L, which has a linear relationship with the algae growth rate. PO 4 P is the main phosphorous source of Spirulina S 6 growth and usage, and it will limit the growth rate of algae when in a low concentration. The suitable concentration of phosphate is about 1.16 mmol/L, which can maintain the optimum growth of algae and also can reduce the cost of cultivation by 60%.
