用均匀设计方法优化螺旋藻培养基配方的研究
OPTIMIZING THE MEDIA IN SPIRULINA CULTIVATION WITH THE UNIFORM DESIGN METHOD
【摘要】 利用均匀设计法设计得到的12种培养基及对照Zarrouk培养基对钝顶螺旋藻(SpirulinaPlatensis)S。品系进行培养,进行了不同培养基对螺旋藻生长速度和氨基酸含量、β-胡萝卜素及叶绿素α含量的研究,优选出能使藻体生长速度加快、藻粉质量提高,并使养殖成本降低的3种不同配方的培养基。与Zarrouk培养基相比,3号、6号和7号培养基可使藻体生长速度加快,且藻粉产量和质量均有提高,3种培养基均可使养殖成本大幅度降低。其中3号培养基成本最为低廉,β-胡萝卜素含量最高(达154.21mg/100g);6号和7号培养基相差不大,其藻粉中叶绿素α含量、氨基酸含量等指标均有大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 The strains of spirulina platensis S6 were cultured with twelve kinds of media designed with the uniform design method,in comparison with the zarrouk medium. The growth rate, Amino Acid content, β-carotene content as well as chl-a content of the blue-algae (Cyanobacterium) Spirulina platensis strain S6 were studied and discussed in this paper.Therefore, three low cost media with high growth rate and high quality of algae were optimized. The result shows that comparing with Zarrouk medium, No. 3, No. 6 and No. 7 medium can speed the growth rate, increase the quality and quantity of algae, and reduce the cost of cultivation largely. No. 3 medium is the cheapest one with the highest β-carotene content (154. 21 mg/100g dry weight). No. 6 medium is similar with No. 7, the content of chlorophyll a and Amino Acid are higher than those of Zarrouk medium, the values are 1 427. 4 mg/100g and 66. 10g/100g dry weight for No. 6, 1 690. 4 mg/100g and 68. 45 g/100g dry weight for No. 7, respectively.
