莱州湾金城海湾扇贝养殖海区防牡蛎附着的研究
STUDIES ON PREVENTION OF THE FOULING OYSTER LARVAE FROM ATTACHING TO CULTURED BAY SCALLOP (ARGOPECTEN IRRADIANS LAMARK) IN JINCHENG CULTIVATION AREA OF LAIZHOU BAY
【摘要】 1999年 6~ 8月 ,在莱州湾莱州市金城镇海湾扇贝养殖区 ,研究了牡蛎幼虫对海湾扇贝的附着规律。在养殖海区 ,离岸 150 0 m以外纵向设立了 3个定点站 ,近岸 150 0 m海区作为一个观察点。结果表明 ,牡蛎主要为长牡蛎和褶牡蛎 ,6月下旬水温达到 2 2~ 2 3℃时 ,海水中出现牡蛎幼虫密度最高峰期 (950个 / m3 ) ,主要为长牡蛎 ;8月中旬水温降到 2 7~ 2 6℃时出现次高峰 (370个 / m3 ) ,主要为褶牡蛎。水温是监视牡蛎幼虫密度变动的主要因子
【Abstract】 WT5BZ]The Investigations were carried out in the Jincheng cultivation area of bay scallop (Agaropecten irradians Lamark) in the Laizhou Bay to understand the ecological behaviors of the oyster larvae from June to August, 1999. Three fixed stations were selected in the cultivation area which is 1500m far away from the bank, the areas from the bank to the 1 500m off the bank was taken as one observation station. The sampling strategy was to survey the three fixed stations every 10 days and the observation station every 2 days. The compositions of plankton were surveyed and the physical and chemical factors were measured. The investigation results showed that the highest density (950/m 3) of the oyster larvae occurred in the last ten day period of June when the seawater temperature was raised to 22 23℃,which was mainly composed of Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas Thunberg). The second highest density of the oyster larvae (370/m 3) occurred in the middle of August when the seawater temperature was 27 26℃,which was mainly composed of Crassostrea plicatula Gmelin. Most of the larvae drifted in the depth of 2 5m within the current along the coast, the larvae density was low in the waters below 5m. The horizontal distribution was that the larvae density in the 1 500m seawater was higher than that in the areas 1 500m far away from the bank. More far from the bank, lower the larvae density was. The seawater temperature is the key factor to monitor the larvae density.
