抗鳗弧菌单克隆抗体免疫保护作用的实验研究
PROTECTIVE PROPERTIES OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AGAINST VIBRIO ANGUILLARUM IN EXPERIMENTAL FLOUNDER
【摘要】 本文以鳗弧菌感染牙鲆幼鱼为动物模型,对我们制备的三株抗鳗弧菌单抗4A6,3B2, 4E12, 3E7, 3A4的免疫保护效果进行了研究,结果表明: 4A6, 3B2和4E12具有明显提高受5LD50鳗弧菌感染的牙鲆存活率的作用,同时它们还可明显延长受大剂量鳗弧菌(10LD50)感染的牙鲆的平均存活时间。提示: 4A6, 3B2和4E12具有中和或减弱鳗弧菌毒性的作用。
【Abstract】 The protective properties of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against V. anguillarum were studied in experimental flounder paralichthys olivaceus. The results showed that: (l) the survival rate of flounder challenged with 5LD50 of V. anguillarum was significantly higher in 4A6, 3B2,and 4E12 groups than in the control group (P<0.01). (2) 4A6, 3B2 and 4E12 mAbs were effective in extending the mean time of survival of ’flounders challenged with 10LD50 of V anguillarum. These results indicated that 4A6, 3B2 and 4E12 mAbs had the ability to neutralize the pathological effects of V. anguillarum.
