【Abstract】 The primers of mitochondrial DNA 12S rRNA region of stocked population of Japanese mitten crab were designed by using the sequences of Drosophila yakuba and Daphnia pulex. The 457 base pairs that encode the 12S rRNA region were amplified and sequenced. The A, T, G, C contents of the sequences were 158bp(34.57%), 178bp (38.95% ), 51bp(11. 16% ), and 70bp(15.32% ) respectively, which are similar with the same region of Drosophila yakuba and Daphnia pulex.更多还原
