栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)受精过程的细胞学观察
CYTOLOGICAL OBESERVATION ON FERTILIZATI0N OF CHLAMYS FARRERI
【摘要】 用铁——苏木精染色、整体封片的方法对栉孔扇贝受精过程进行了细胞学观察。受精前,卵子处于第一次成熟分裂中期。精子入卵后,成熟分裂重新启动,过程如下:( 1)精核去致密,体积迅速增大,卵子染色体变粗。( 2)第一次成熟分裂结束,放出第一极体,精核扩散速度减慢。(3)卵子发育到第二次成熟分裂中期,精核膨胀至最大体积,然后开始弥散。(4)第二次成熟分裂结束,雄原核出现。(5)雌原核出现。(6)雌、雄原核染色质相互融合,然后凝缩形成染色体,排列在纺锤体的赤道板上,准备第一次卵裂。 在受精过程中,有多精入卵的现象,并且同时形成多个精原核,多个雄原核与雌原核结合,在卵裂时形成多极纺锤体。
【Abstract】 Meiotic maturation and pronucleus form in fertilized eggs of chlamys farieri were studied by optical microscope. The eggs were at metaprophase of first meiosis before they were fertilized. The .maturation division,has, begun after sperm. The progress is as follows: (1) The sperm nucleus has a rapid dispersion. (2) The sperm nucleus dispersion slows down with the completion of first meiosis. (3) The sperm nucleus teaches its maximum size at metaphase of the second meiosis. (4) The male pronucleus forms when the second meiosis is completed. (5) The female pronucleus forms. (6) The male pronucleus and female pronucleus combined and their chromo- somes combined with each other and form a zygote nucleus finally. Then the chro- mosome condenses and ranges on their metaphase plate of first cleavage.. Polysperm and polyronucleus were obeserved and the polypronucleus can comb- ine with the female pronucleus and form polyspindles.
