【摘要】 目的　研究c myc癌蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法　应用免疫组化S P法检测了 34例食管癌及其相应病例的正常食管粘膜组织标本中c myc癌蛋白表达与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果　食管鳞癌组织阳性表达率为 6 1.76 % ,正常食管组织阳性表达率为 0。c myc癌蛋白表达与淋巴结转移有密切关系 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　c myc癌蛋白表达与食管鳞癌的生物学行为有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the importance of the expression of c myc cancer protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of c myc cancer protein in 34 esophageal carcinoma tissues and its corresponding normal esophageal mucosa were examined by S P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of c myc cancer protein in esophageal carcinoma was 61.76% and 0 in normal esophageal mucosa. Its expression was closely related to lymphatic metastasis ( P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of c myc cancer protein was related to the biological behavior of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
