【摘要】 目的　研究新城疫病毒核衣壳蛋白基因的生物学作用及其抗人喉鳞癌的作用。方法　利用含有新城疫病毒V4 株核衣壳蛋白基因cDNA的原核质粒pUVNP4 及真核质粒pcDNA3,采用基因重组技术构建了含有CMV启动子、BGHpolyA信号序列的表达新城疫病毒核衣壳蛋白的真核表达质粒。结果　酶切分析表明重组质粒中含有新城疫病毒V4 株核衣壳蛋白基因。结论　重组质粒为表达新城疫病毒核衣壳蛋白基因的真核质粒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the biology function and effect of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) in human laryngeal squamous carcinoma.Methods The cloning plasmid (pUVNP 4) which contain the nucleocapsid protein gene of NDV strain V 4 and the eukaryotic plasmid (pcDNA 3)which contain CMV promoter and signal sequence of BGH poly A were used for construction of the new eukaryotic plasmid,it expressed the nucleocapsid protain in the eukaryotic cell. The present study has been carried out using the gene recombination technique. Results Restriction endonuclease analysis showed that is a specific cloning plasmid of contained the nucleocapsid protein gene of NDV strain V 4. Conclusion The recombinant is the eukaryotic plasmid included the nucleocapsid protein gene of NDV strain V 4.更多还原
