【摘要】 目的　观察消炎痛在闭角型青光眼发作期的作用效果。方法　将闭角型青光眼急性发作期患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组除常规抗青光眼治疗外 ,同时加服消炎痛 2 5mg ;对照组仅用常规抗青光眼治疗。结果　治疗组 2 0例 2 0只眼同对照组相比 ,眼压下降幅度、术后虹膜后粘连例数等均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　对前列腺素生成起抑制作用的消炎痛应用于闭角型青光眼急性发作期 ,不仅能防止术后炎症反应 ,而且有协助降低眼压作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of indomethacin in the acute outbreak of angle cloure glaucoma.Methods The patients with angle closure glaucoma in acute outbreak were divided into 2 groups.The normal anti glaucoma therapy and indomethacin 25mg was given into the treated group,and only given the normal anti glaucoma therapy to the control group.Results Comparing the treated group of 20 eyes of 20 patients to the control,the decreasing size of intraocular pressure and the case numbers of posterior synechia of the iris had the significant differences( P <0.01).Conclusion Applying the indomethacin to the angle closure glaucoma in acute outbreak not only can prevent the postoperative inflammatory reaction but also help decrease the intraocular pressure.更多还原
