【摘要】 目的 :减少人流术中终止妊娠病人的痛苦和并发症。方法 :12 0例病人随机双盲用 0 0 5mg芬太尼或 5 0mg曲马多 +生理盐水 4ml,2分钟左右静脉缓推完 ,推药后 3～ 5分钟进行吸宫术。结果 :在人流术中芬太尼的镇痛效果优于曲马多 (P <0 0 1) ;在对宫颈松弛度、并发症和出血的影响方面两种药物无差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ;但用曲马多镇痛的病人术后自动离院的时间早于用芬太尼者 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :芬太尼的镇痛效果好 ,价格便宜 ,值得推广更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]Objective:To reduce pain and complications in patients having artificial abortion.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients scheduled for elective termination of pregnancy were randomly distributed to one of two groups.intravenous injection of 0 05mg fentanyl or 50mg tramdol in 4ml normal saline was given slowly in 2 minutes.After 3 to 5 minutes the induced abortion was carried out.Results:in induced abortion the analgesic effect of fentanyl was better than that of tramdol ( P <0 01),the actions of the two drugs showed non-significant differences in cervix flabbiness,complications,and in bleedings ( P <0 05),but with tramdol the patients were discharged against advice earlies than with tramdol( P <0 01).Conclusion:For induced abortion the fentanyl was satisfactory analgesia,its price was low,and it was worth popularizing.
