【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To improve the synthetic method of bifemelane hydrochloride. METHODS:It was synthesised using phase transfer catalytic method.RESULTS: The chemical structure of synthetic product was conformed by elementary analysis, the yield of step 1 increased by 19% as compared with the yield in literature.
