【摘要】 目的:建立复方甲硝唑含漱液中甲硝唑及醋酸洗必泰的含量测定方法。方法:用多波长系数倍率法消除各组分间的相互干扰,分光度法则定组分含量。结果:测定波长为260、281、340、312、349nm。甲硝唑、醋酸洗必泰含量测定的平均回收率分别为100.9%,RSD=0.5%和102.0%,RSD=0.69%。结论:本方法简便,结果可信更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To develep a method for determining the contents of Metronidazole(Ⅰ) and Chlorhexidine acetate(Ⅱ) in gargle metronidazole compositum.METHODS:The concentrations of Ⅰ and Ⅱ were deected by mult iwavelength K ratio spectrophotometric method ,influence eath other in spectrum could be removed.RESULTS:Measurement was carried out at 260, 281, 340, 349, 312 nm, the mean recovery were 100.9% ( RSD= 0.%, n=9) for metronidazole and 102.0% ( RSD =0.6%, n=9) for Ⅱ.CONCLUSION:This method was simple,accurate for the measurement of both Ⅰ and Ⅱ.更多还原
