【摘要】 目的:考察薄荷醇对康唑透皮作用的影响。方法:采用简单小室装置,多波长面积积分紫外分光光度法研究了薄荷醇对酮康唑的透皮促进作用。结果:与不含促透剂的对照组比较,薄荷醇可显著提高酮康唑的经皮渗透(P<0.01)。24小时3%薄荷醇可使酮康唑的透皮吸收率增加2.16倍。结论:薄荷醇可增加酮康唑的透皮吸收更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of menthol affecting the transdermal anount of Ketoconazole.METHODS:A simple cell was used as experiment apparatus.The Ketoconazole concentration was determined by multi wavelength areal integral UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The result showed that menthol helped enhance the skin permeation of Ketoconazole significantly(P<0 01).At 3% menthol,the transdermal absorption rate of Ketoconazole in 24 hours increased by about 2.16 time.CONCLUSION:Menthol was able to enhance the transdermal absorption of Ketoconazole.更多还原
