【摘要】 为探讨白细胞介素 - 6 (IL- 6 )与牙周炎的关系 ,采用双抗体免疫酶联法检测 10名非牙周炎患者的19颗牙周健康牙和 39名成人牙周炎患者的 6 0颗牙周炎患牙龈沟液 (GCF)中 IL- 6的含量。采集观察牙的 GCF样本 ,同时 ,记录观察牙的牙龈指数 (GI)、牙周袋深度 (PD)、附着丧失程度 (AL)。结果显示 ,牙周炎患牙 GCF中可检出高浓度的 IL- 6 (x=6 .0 379ng/m l) ,而 19颗牙周健康牙 GCF中均未检出 IL- 6 ,两者差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。经相关性分析 ,GCF中 IL- 6含量与 GI无相关关系 (r=0 .0 7,P>0 .0 5 ) ,与 PD及 AL 呈正相关关系 (r=0 .8,P<0 .0 0 1;r=0 .45 2 ,P<0 .0 1)。以上表明 ,IL- 6可能与牙周炎的发生和病变的严重程度之间具有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to reveal the relationship between interleukin 6(IL 6) and periodontal diseases by measuring the level of IL 6 in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) from 19 teeth of 10 periodontal healthy people and 60 teeth of 39 adult periodontitis patients. Gingival index(GI), probing depth(PD) and attachment loss(AL) of each sampled tooth were recorded. The IL 6 contents in GCF were detected by ELISA method. The results show that IL 6 contents in GCF of periodontal healthy group are wholly 0, whereas the average IL 6 content in GCF of periodontitis group is 6.0379ng/ml. The concentrations of IL 6 in GCF are significant different between the periodontal healthy and periodontitis group. And there is significant correlation between PD and IL 6 in GCF ( P <0.001) and between AL and IL 6 in GCF ( P <0.01).These findings suggest that IL 6 may be associated with the development and the severity of periodontitis.更多还原
