【摘要】 为进一步证明己酮可可碱 (pentoxifylline,PF)对精子受精力的影响 ,对 2 9例临床送检标本进行精液常规分析及体外受精实验。结果 :6例精液常规及受精率均低于正常 ;14例精液常规正常 ,但受精率低 ;9例精液常规及受精率均正常。所有标本均提取上游精子 ,其中部分经体外获能后用作对照 ,部分用 1mg/ml PF,37℃ ,孵育 0 .5小时后再行体外获能。获能精子与去透明带金黄地鼠卵行异种体外受精 ,然后观察受精率 ,受精指数 ,及每个卵表面附着的精子平均数 ,结果提示 PF对精液常规正常但受精力低下的精液标本有明显增强精子受精力的作用 ,这类患者精子经 PF体外处理可能提高人工助孕技术的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was aimed to investigate the effect of phosphodiesterase inhibitors pentoxifylline on fertilizing capacity of human spermatozoa. 29 semen samples were used for rountine semen analysis and their excellent spermatozoa were obtained by the swimming up method. One half of the swimming up spermatozoa were treated with 1mg/ml pentoxifylline and the others were used as control. After being capacitated the spermatozoa were used for in vitro fertilization with zona free hamster eggs. The results showed that the fertilization rate and fertilization index were significantly increased in 14 samples with normal routing semen analysis result but a baseline of low fertilization rate (<15%). It is concluded that pentoxifylline may be used to enhance the fertilizing capacity of spermatozoa in vitro for cases of unexplained male infertility.更多还原
