【摘要】 为了探讨重组人生长激素治疗大面积 烧伤的有效性和安全性，将伤后24小 时内入院的大面积烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各10例。治疗组从第3天开始每 日给予重组人生长激素0.5 IU/kg皮下注射，持续14天，对照组则每 日给予安慰剂。此外，两组患者Ⅲ度创面均早期切痂植皮，Ⅱ度创面保守治疗，其余治疗基 本相同，直至创面痊愈。治疗期间定期检测患者的血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、代谢率、深Ⅱ度 创面及供皮区的愈合时间、体重变化、住院时间和感染发生情况。结果：治疗组血红蛋白、 血清白蛋白和代谢率较对照组增高，深Ⅱ度创面和供皮区愈合时间及住院时间较对照组缩短 ，体重下降减少，感染发生减少。治疗组有2例曾出现持续性高血糖，经短暂使用胰岛素后 恢复正常，其余未见明显副作用。上述结果表明，重组人生长激素对大面积烧伤患者有明显 的治疗作用，并且是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effectiveness and safety of recomb inant hu man growth hormone(rhGH) treatment for severe burn injury, we designed a randomi zed prospective study.The patients in rhGH group were given rhGH in a dose of 0 .5 IU/(kg穌) subcutaneously between days 3-17 post-burn. Indices about protei n me tabolism, wound healing, hepatic and renal function and blood were measured regu larly. Patients were monitored until their wound healed sufficiently so that the y could be discharged for rehabilitation. The results showed: all patients survi ved; the rhGH group had less weight loss，increased level of serum albumin and s horter healing time of deep partial-thickness burn and donor site. The hospital stay time decreased from the control value of 45±17 days to 37±12 days for rhG H treated patients, i.e. a significant improvement. Resistant hyperglycemia was present in 2 patients in the rhGH group and disappeared after transient insulin administration. This study demonstrates that rhGH treatment for severe burn inju ry has obvious beneficial effects with slight side-effects.更多还原
