含Eu3+,Tb3+硼酸铝磷光体的制备及荧光特性

【Abstract】 The phosphor material of Al 18 B 4O 33 ∶Eu 3+ (Tb 3+ ) have been prepared by sol-gel process in the systems of Al 2O 3 B 2O 3.The formation process of phospor were characterized.The effect of calcination temperature and active ion concentration on the luminescent properties of phosphors were studied.The luminescence characteristics of phosphors were observed also.
