超细纳米TiO2/Al2O3复合体的制备及其组成分布的研究
STUDIES OF PREPARATION OF ULTRAFINE NANO METRE-TiO2/Al2O3 COMPLEX SUPPORT AND COMPOSITION DISTRIBUTING
【摘要】 采用溶胶 -凝胶法成功制备出纳米尺寸的 Ti O2 /Al2 O3复合体 ,并用 XRD、XPS和 IR等手段研究了复合体的结构组成及 Ti O2 和 Al2 O3的分布状态 ,进一步探讨了机械研磨法制备 Ti O2 /Al2 O3复合体等因素对其组成的影响。 XRD分析表明 ,在 [Al+ 3 ]∶ [Ti+ 3 ]=1∶ 1 (或 0 .5)情况下 ,改进的溶胶 -凝胶法制备纳米 Ti O2 /Al2 O3复合体 ,其 Ti O2 主要分布在 Al2 O3的表面层 ,在含 Ti O2 很少的 Ti O2 /Al2 O3复合体的 IR谱中在 4 0 0~60 0 cm- 1区间能出现 Ti O2 特征吸收峰 ,并随着样品中含 Ti O2 量增加 ,Ti O2 特征吸收峰从 592 .8cm- 1~540 .3cm- 1 逐渐变化 ,也说明该法制备的 Ti O2 /Al2 O3复合体中 Ti O2 主要分布在 Al2 O3表面层。机械研磨法制备的 Ti O2 /Al2 O3复合体的组成则不同 ,在 1 2 0 0℃烧结的 Al2 O3衍射峰明显升高 ,在 1 2 50℃烧结有 Al2 Ti O5生成 ,这说明制备方法和制备条件对复合体的组成有很大影响
【Abstract】 Nano Metre Size TiO 2/Al 2O 3 complex Support was prepared by improved Sol Gel method.The structure composition and distribution state of complex support were invesigated by XRD.XPS and IR.At the same time,the effect of mechanical grinding method and other factor effecting on composition change in preparation were researched.The results show that TiO 2 in the complex support prepared by Sol Gel method distributes on the surface layer of Al 2O 3 when the concentration of [Al +3 ] and [Ti +3 ] is same.The diffraction peak of TiO 2 in the complex support is higher than of Al 2O 3.The characteristic absorption peaks of TiO 2 appear in the IR spectrum of the complex support containing a little TiO 2 between 400~600cm -1 .And it changes gradually from 592.8cm -1 to 540.3cm -1 .The result also shows that TiO 2 is on the surface layer of Al 2O 3.But ,it is not the same as the structure composition of complex support using mechanical grinding method.The diffraction peak of Al 2O 3 in the complex support sintering at 1200℃ rises abviously.The phase of Al 2TiO 5 was formed when the sample is sintered at 1250℃.This shows that the preparation method and conditions influence considerably on the structure composition of the complex support.
