【摘要】 本文采用水热合成法制备了 L a0 .6 6 - x L i3x Ti O2 .993(x≤ 0 .1 1 )系列氧化物 ,并通过 XRD、IR、SEM、XPS、ICP等手段对产物物相、形貌和组成等进行表征。结果表明 ,产物为 1 0 0 -80 0 nm具有一定团聚的多晶粉末 ,且为立方钙钛矿结构。 L i/L a对合成的影响研究及元素分析的初步结果显示 ,x≤ 0 .1 1时 ,约为三个 L i+取代一个 L a3+。

【Abstract】 In this paper,La 0.66 x Li 3x TiO 2.993 (x≤0.11) series oxides were synthesized hydrothermally.The crystallite products were characterized by mean of XRD,IR,SEM,XPS and ICP.The results indicated that the product with cubic perovskitr type structure has a particle size in the range of 100~800nm with agglomeration to a certain extent.The preliminary results of the elemental analysis and the effect of Li/La on the synthesis indicated that the Li content was about three times of x in the products.
