二氧化钛纳米微粒的制备与光催化活性
PREPARATION AND PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF TiO2 NANOPARTICLES
【摘要】 本文采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了粒径为 1 0 2 0nm左右的二氧化钛纳米微粒。用XRD研究了二氧化钛溶胶的热处理过程。研究表明温度在 4 73K 673K左右TiO2 微粒呈不规整锐钛矿结构 ,粒径约为 1 0 2 0nm。在873K左右TiO2 微粒出现锐钛矿与金红石型混晶结构。且随温度的升高 ,微粒出现团聚并使粒径增大。用UV vis分光光度计研究了二氧化钛纳米微粒的光吸收特性与光催化活性。结果表明 :二氧化钛纳米微粒的光吸收特性和光催化活性与胶粒制备条件、热处理温度密切相关。所制备的纳米微粒在紫外光区有较宽的光响应范围。不规整锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米微粒对苯酚的光催化活性高于商品锐钛矿型TiO2 及混晶结构的TiO2 。
【Abstract】 The TiO 2 nanoparticles in 10 20nm size were prepared with Sol Gel method.It was found that the TiO 2 fineparticles appear irregular,anatase structure with sized about 10 20nm after heating treatment in 473K 673K temperature range,and formed the composite structure of anatase and rutile at 873K.The size of the fineparticles increased with the temperature rise,and the TiO 2 nanoparticles indicated agglomerate size.The natures of light absorption and photocatalytic activity for the TiO 2 nanoparticles depend on the conditions of preparation,the heating treatment temperature.According to UV vis spectrophotometer,the TiO 2 nanoparticles prepared at low pH had wider range of optical response in the UV spectra than the commercial TiO 2, The photocatalytic activity for the nanoparticles of irregularly anatase structure was superier over the commercially available TiO 2 and the TiO 2 in composite structure of the anatase and rutile.
