【摘要】采用高效液相色谱法 ,hypersil 5μmC1 8柱 ( 4 .6× 2 50mm) ,以pH =3～ 4的V(甲醇 )∶V(水 )∶V(磷酸 )=60∶40∶0 .35为流动相 ,检测波长 2 72nm ,测定α -萘乙酸的含量。在 0 .0 1 6～ 1 .0 0 0 g/L范围内 ,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好 (r =0 .9997) ,精密度RSD为 0 .8% (n =5) ,方法简便 ,准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of α_naphthalene acetic acid was established on a hypersil 5 μm C 18 column(4.6×250 mm),with the mobile phase of V (methanol)∶ V (water)∶ V (phosphoric acid)=60∶40∶0.35 solution,and UV detection at 272nm.The linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.016～1 000g/L( r =0.9997).The RSD was 0.8%( n =5).更多还原
