【Abstract】 The recently developed chemometric resolution methods, such as heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP), have been successfully used for the qualitative and quantitative resolution of mixture obtained from electroreduction of 3 - hexyne -2,5- diol on nickel electrode. The mass spectra and concentration profiles of the pure components in the mixture could be obtained. The results are supported by chemical reaction kinetics, which illustrate that the application domain of mass spectrometry could be significantly extended with the help of chemometrics methods.更多还原
