钇铁氧体磁流体的超顺磁性研究
【摘要】 报道了用化学共沉淀法制备煤油基钇铁氧体磁流体 ,并用 Faraday式磁天平测定磁性胶体粒子在不同磁场强度和温度时的磁化率 ,根据 Langevin函数 ,由 σ~ HT图证实了制备的磁流体具有超顺磁性 ,其闭锁温度在 77K~ 1 45K之间。此外 ,还运用 TEM、IR、XRD、DTA等分析测试手段对磁粒子的形状、大小和结构进行了测定和分析。磁粒子的粒径在 1 5nm左右。
【Abstract】 This paper first reported the preparation of yttrium ferrite ferrofluids using the method of chemical coprecipitation. By determining the susceptibility of ferrofluids and magnetic particles,We obtained the magnetization ( σ ) versus H/T curve,and confirmed the superparamagnetism of ferrofluid, it is blocking temperature existed between 77K and 145K. In addition, in order to test and analyze the size,appearance and structure of the particles, TEM,IR,XRD and DTA were carried out. The particle diameters ranged from 10 to 15nm.
