【摘要】 在连续全混反应器中 ,用含铁复合金属氧化物催化剂 ,研究了反应温度、空速、过氧化氢 /苯酚对反应产物中苯二酚浓度、邻苯二酚 /对苯二酚比例和催化剂的活性周期的影响。试验结果表明 ,反应温度对反应产物中邻苯二酚 /对苯二酚的比例和催化剂的活性周期的影响不明显 ,过氧化氢 /苯酚摩尔比对邻苯二酚 /对苯二酚的比例的影响较大 ,提高过氧化氢 /苯酚摩尔比会降低邻苯二酚 /对苯二酚的比例 ,缩短催化剂的活性周期

【Abstract】 In continuous perfect mixed reactor, the hydroxylation of phenol with Fe based compound oxidate as catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, space velocity and the molar ratio of H 2O 2 to phenol on the concentration of diphenol product, the ratio of catechol to hydroquinone and reactive period of catalyst were investigated. Results showed that reaction temperature has little effect on the molar ratio of catechol to hydroquinone and reactive period of catalyst. However, the increase of molar ratio of H 2O 2 to phenol will decrease the molar ratio of catechol to hydroquinone and shorten the reactive period of catalyst.
