溶剂对可聚合芘标记单体荧光行为的影响

【摘要】 合成了可聚合的芘标记单体 N-芘基甲基 - 2 -甲基丙烯酰胺 ,并与 1 -芘甲胺基盐酸盐 ,1 -胺基芘比较了在水、丙酮、DMSO、THF和水 /丙酮、DMSO/THF混合溶剂中的荧光行为。 1 -胺基芘的发射光谱在实验溶剂中均无精细结构 ,1 -芘甲胺基盐酸盐在实验溶剂中的 I1 /I3均大于芘标记单体。两者 I1 /I3在水 /丙酮混合溶剂中变化不大 ,但出现极大值 ,而在 DMSO/THF中随 THF体积分数增大而逐渐减小

【Abstract】 Polymerizable pyrene labeled monomer, 1 pyrenylmethyl methacrylamide (PyMA) was synthesized, its fluorescence behavior was investigated in water, acetone, DMSO, THF as well as in mixtures of water/acetone, DMSO/THF, and compared with that of 1 aminopyrene and 1 pyrenemethylamine hydrochloride. There was no fine fluorescence spectrum for 1 aminopyrene in all of the four pure solvents. The relative intensities I 1/I 3 of 1 pyrenemethylamine hydrochloride in all solvents studied were higher than that of 1 PyMA. The I 1/I 3 of substituted pyrene exhibited a maximum in water/acetone but decreased with increasing THF content in DMSO/THF.
