手性OJ柱填料的制备及性能测定
Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Packing in Chiralcel-OJ Column
【摘要】 以微晶纤维素为原料合成纤维素三 (4 -甲基 )苯甲酸酯 (p-MBC) ,并涂在大孔硅胶上制成 HPLC手性填料且高压填 (2 5 cm× 0 .46 cm)分析柱并测其性能 ;通过改变流动相配比和流速 ,找出此柱的最佳拆分条件。三种药物对映体在自制 OJ柱上得到较好的拆分。
【Abstract】 p Methylbenzoylcellulose ( p MBC) was synthesized with microcrystalline cellulose as raw material. Macroporous silica gel was coated with p MBC. This p MBC silica gel was slurry packed into a stainless steel column (250 mm×4.6 mm id) and its performance was determined. Three couples of enantiomers were separated with good result.
