新型显色剂3,5-二溴-4-偶氮变色酸苯基荧光酮与锗显色反应的研究及应用
Study on the color reaction of a new developer DBACPF with germanium (Ⅳ) and its application
【摘要】 研究了在表面活性剂 Tween60存在下 ,Ge( )与试剂 3,5-二溴 -4 -偶氮变色酸苯基荧光酮 (DBACPF)的显色反应和光度性质。在 0 .8mol/LH2 SO4介质中 ,Ge( )与试剂形成 1∶ 2的红色三元配合物 ,最大吸收波长为 534 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .76× 1 0 5 L· mol- 1· cm- 1 ,Ge( )浓度在 0~ 6μg/2 5m L范围内符合比尔定律。拟定方法用于煤中微量锗的分析 ,结果令人满意
【Abstract】 In the presence of Tween 60,the color reaction of 2,3,7trihydroxy9[3,5dibromo4(1,8dihydroxy3,6disulfonic acid) naphthalene azo] phenylfluorone (DBACPF) with germanium (Ⅳ) and its spectrophotometric property have been studied.In the medium of 0.8mol/L H 2SO 4,DBACPF reacts with germanium (Ⅳ) to form a red 1∶2 ternary complex,its λ max is 534 nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.76×105 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 6μg Ge(Ⅳ) per 25mL.The proposed method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of microamount of Ge(Ⅳ)in coal with satisfactory results.
