【摘要】 目的 :测定变形链球菌MT6R菌株 (血清型c)表面蛋白P1在钙溶液中对唾液包被的羟磷灰石 (S HA)的粘附量 ,探讨钙对蛋白P1粘附的影响。方法 :将变形链球菌MT6R菌株 (血清型c)表面蛋白P1经13 1碘标记 ,分别测定其在钙浓度为 0、0 1、0 2 5、0 5、1 0、1 5以及 2 0mmol L的溶液中标记物13 1碘 -蛋白P1对唾液包被的羟磷灰石(S HA)的粘附量。结果 :13 1碘 -蛋白P1在不同钙离子浓度的溶液中粘附量不同 (P <0 0 1) ,当钙浓度从 0 1mmol L增加到 1 0mmol L时 ,蛋白P1在S HA上粘附量迅速提高 ;当钙浓度在 1 0～ 2 0mmol L时 ,蛋白P1粘附量增加不明显。结论 :钙参与了变形链球菌MT6R(血清型c)表面蛋白P1对S HA的粘附 ,且钙离子介导的粘附能力具有饱和性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effects of calcium on the adherence of Streptococcus mutans MT6R(serotype c) surface protein P1 to saliva coated hydroxyapatite(S HA).Methods:The surface protein P1 of Streptococcus mutans MT6R was purified by PAGE and labeled with + {131 } I( + {131 }I P1). The adherence amount of + {131 } I P1 to S HA in different calcium concentration liquid was measured. Results: The amount of + {131 } I P1 adherence to S HA in 0, 0 1, 0 25, 0 5, 1 0, 1 5, 2 0mmol L, and calcium was 7175+183, 7516+192, 8850+215, 9335+204, 10087+228, 10179+224 and 10200+317cpm, respectively(P<0 01). The calcium concentration from 0 to 1 0mmol/L, the amount of + {131\}\ I P1 adherence was increased statistically(P<0 05), calcium concentration from 1 0mmol/L to 2 0mmol L, the amount of + {131 } I P1 adherence was increased unstatistically(P>0 05).Conclusion: Calcium promoted the adherence of surface protein P1 to the S HA. This result suggested that calcium was involved in the adherence of Streptococcus mutans MT6R (serotype c) surface protein P1. ;更多还原
