真空烧结粉末冶金法制作钛合金试件的物理性能测试
Study on Physical Properties of Titanium Alloy Sample Fabricated with Vacuum Sintered Powder Metallurgy
【摘要】 目的 :研究真空烧结粉末冶金法制作钛合金试件的物理性能。方法 :采用真空烧结粉末冶金法制作钛合金试件 ,测试烧结收缩率、开口孔隙度。结果 :在 10 0~ 30 0MPa范围内 ,随着粉末的成形压力的增大 ,烧结收缩率和开口孔隙度减少 ;采用的 3种钛粉末粒度对烧结体的物理性能没有影响 ;钛粉镀铜镀锡组坯体烧结后线收缩率较其它粉末配方组大。结论 :钛基金属粉末的配方及成形压力对烧结体的物理性能有影响 ,对钛粉进行化学镀铜镀锡处理是改善钛粉的压制性能、烧结性能 ,提高烧结体物理性能的理想方法
【Abstract】 Objective :Toinvestigatethephysicalpropertiesoftitaniumalloyfabricatedwithvacuum sinteredpowdermetallurgy .Meth ods :Thetitaniumpowdersofthreedifferentparticlesizes( 160mesh , 2 0 0~ +30 0mesh , 30 0mesh)wereselected ,andmixed withcopperandaluminumpowderindifferentproportions .Twoothergroupsweremadeupoftitaniumpowder( 2 0 0~ +30 0mesh) platedwithcopperandtin .Thebuild upand ,condensationmethodandadouble directionpresswithametalmoldwereused . Thegreencompactsweresinteredat 10 0 0℃for 15minutesinavacuumfurnaceat 0 0 2 5Pa .Inthedouble directionpress ,the specimenswerecompactedatthepressureof 10 0MPa ,2 0 0MPaand 30 0MParespectively .Thenthelinearshrinkageratioandthe openingporosityofthesinteredcompactswereevaluatedrespectively .Results :①Thelinearshrinkageratioofspecimensde creasedwiththeincreasedcompactedpressure(P <0 0 5) .Therewasnosignificantdifferenceamongthelinearshrinkageratiosof threedifferenttitaniumpowdersatthesamecompactedpressure(P >0 0 5) ,butthatoftitaniumpowderplatedwithcopperandtin washigherthanthoseofotherspecimenswithoutplating(P <0 0 5) .②Theopeningporosityofspecimensdecreasedwiththein creasedcompactedpressure(P <0 0 5) .Threedifferentsizedparticleoftitaniumpowderdidnotaffecttheopeningporosityatthe samecompactedpressure(P >0 0 5) .Conclusion :Thecompositionoftitanium basedmetalpowdermixturesandthecompacted pressuresaffectthephysicalpropertiesofsinteredcompacts.Titaniumpowderplatedwithcopperandtiniscompactedandsintered easily ,andthephysicalpropertiesofsinteredcompactsaregreatlyimproved .
