合成哌嗪副产物综合利用的研究
The Application Research of By-Products from the Manufacture of Piperazine
【摘要】 本文涉及合成哌嗪的副产物 (主要含有N 羟乙基哌嗪和N β羟乙基乙二胺 )的综合利用。应用Ba Sr 2型催化剂 (含Ba2 + 的SrHPO4) ,首次研究了以N 羟乙基哌嗪和N β 羟乙基乙二胺混合物为原料合成三乙烯二胺的工艺路线。结果表明 ,反应温度在 36 0℃~ 380℃范围内 ,三乙烯二胺的收率达 6 0 %以上 ,纯度达 99 9%。
【Abstract】 The application of the by\|products(mixture of N\|hydroxyethyl\|piperazine and N\|β\|hydroxyethyl\|ethylenediamine)from the manufacture of piperazine was involved in this paper.Using Ba\|Sr\|2 as catalyst and the mixture of N\|hydroxyethyl\|piperizine and N\|β hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine as the materials to synthesize triethylenediamine,the result showed when operating at a temperature range of 360℃ and 380℃,the yield of triethylenediamine was over 60% and the purity was 99.9%.
