制备方法对LaFeO3及掺杂LaFeO3光催化活性的影响
Effect of Preparation Methods on Photocatalytic Activity of LaFeO3 and Doped LaFeO3
【摘要】 用XRD、TEM等分析技术对样品进行表征 ,研究了制备方法对钙钛矿型复合氧化物LaFeO3及具最佳掺杂比的La1-0 0 2 Ca0 .0 2 FeO3及LaFe1-0 .0 5 Cu0 .0 5 O3的光催化活性的影响 ,结果表明 ,用柠檬酸络合法制得的光催化活性最好 ,共沉淀法次之 ,研磨法最差。
【Abstract】 The effect of different preparation methods on the photocatalytic activity of perovskite type oxides(LaFeO 3 and doped LaFeO 3)has been studied by the analytical technology of XRD and TEM. The results show that the highest photocatalytic activity of the catalyst is prepared by the citrate complex method,the next is by the precipitation method and the worst is by the mixed oxide method.
