氧化锆低温电子特征氧分压的测定

【摘要】 :本文用从铝液和银液中抽氧的库仑滴定法测量了自制氧化钇稳定的氧化锆固体电解质的电子特征氧分压P 。结果表明 ,90 0℃时电子特征氧分压的范围是Pa自制氧化锆电解质可用于渗碳气氛压浓度的测量 ,而不必考虑电子电导对浓差电势的影响 ;用铝液能实现低温下电子特征氧分压的测量

【Abstract】 The electronic characteristic oxygen pressure of self-made Yittia-stabilized Zirconia electrolytes was measured from 700℃ to 1100℃ using coulemetric titration of oxygen out of liquid Aluminium and silver.It is showed that the range of the electronic characteristic oxygen pressure at 900℃ are Pa Self-made ZrO 2 electrolytes can be used to determine the oxygen concentration in the carburizing atmosphere on which the effects of the electronic conductivity on cell emf.can be neglected;It can be realized that liquid aluminium can be used to measure the electronic characteristic oxygen pressure of ZrO 2 electrolytes at low temperature.
