2-庚基-1,3-二噁戊烷的合成研究

【摘要】 在对甲苯磺酸和硫酸铜复合催化剂存在下 ,以正辛醛 (A)和乙醇 (B)为原料经脱水缩合合成了新型香料 2 -庚基 - 1,3二口恶戊烷。优化试验结果表明 :在n(A) :n(B) =1∶1 1、催化剂用量为主原料总质量的 0 2 5 %、反应时间为 6h、反应温度为 94~ 10 1℃ ,产物收率达 93 6 %。产物经理化检测和红外光谱确证

【Abstract】 The perfume 2-heptyl-1,3-dioxolane was synthesized by the condensation reaction of n -octyl aldehyde(A) with ethylene glycol(B) in the presence of a composite catalyst which is composed of p -methyl benzene sulfonic acid and cupric sulfate. The optimization experimental results showed that the 93.6% molar yield of 2-heptyl-1,3-dioxolane was obtained at a molar ratio of A∶B=1∶1.1 and the mass fraction of catalyst was 0.25%, and the temperature at 94~101℃ for 6h. The product was characterized by the physical and chemical character and IR spectra.
