小鼠肝纤维化模型的建立和二参泽术汤防治的实验研究
Experimental Study on Establishment of the mouse Model of Hepatic Fibrosis of Mice and its Prophylaxis and Treatment by " Er She Ze Zhu Tang
【摘要】 建立与人肝纤维化病变、性质及发展规律比较接近的肝纤维化动物模型 ;观察二参泽术汤对肝纤维化防治的效果。采用四氯化碳结合苯巴比妥口服制备小鼠肝纤维化模型 ;于造模开始 (预防组 )及造模成功后 (治疗组 ) ,以二参泽术汤喂饲。实验中途及结束后 ,观察各组动物肝的光镜及超微结构改变。模型小鼠肝的组织学改变符合人的肝纤维化病变 ;用二参泽术汤治疗及预防的小鼠肝均未见明显病变。四氯化碳结合苯巴比妥口服造成的肝纤维化模型具有周期短、效果确实、操作简便的优点 ;二参泽术汤对实验性肝纤维化有明显的防治效果。
【Abstract】 To explore method of establishment of the mouse model of hepatic fibrosis of mice. To investigate prophytactic-therapeutic results of “Er She Ze Zhu Tang” for hepatic fibrosis. Methods: To establish hepatic fibrosis model of mice by using CCl4 with phenobarbital;“Er She Ze Zhu Tang” was given to mice of preventive group and treatment group respectively. At the end of the experiment, liver of each group was examined with light and electron microscope. Results: The pathologic changes of the liver of the model group comformed to hepatic fibrosis of human-being. There were no obvious changes in the liver of the prevented and cured groups by using“Er Shen Ze Zhu Tang”. Conclusion: Mouse model of hepatic fibrosis established with CCl4 and phenobarbital has many advantages: short experimental period, relible result and energy-saving. “Er She Ze Zhu Tang” has prominent prophylactive-therapeatic result for experimental hepatic fibrosis.
