石质文物古迹表面的天然保护膜研究
The Crude Conservation Film on Historic Store
【摘要】 本文用透射电子显微镜等方法对石质文物古迹上天然形成的保护膜进行了研究 ,结果表明这是一种主要成份为水合草酸钙的致密的生物无机膜 ,在膜层中还包含微生物原植体及其菌丝的残骸 ,是在微生物的存在和作用下形成的。这种天然草钙保护膜能够有效地保护碳酸岩石 ,使石质文物古迹上的石刻经文保存上千年而完好无损。这种天然保护膜的化学仿生研究正在进行之中。
【Abstract】 The conservation crude film on the surface of some historic stone were analyzed by transmission electronic microscope. The results showed that the film consists mainly of calcium oxalate and of some microbial debris. Many evidences were found on the microbial involvement in the calcium oxalate film formation. The crude film is so well preserved that the lection on historic stone are not damaged though they were made one thousand age. The chemical bionics of this crude film is on research.
