二代热成像系统的三维噪声模型
3-Dimension Noise Model for Second Generation Thermal Imaging System
【摘要】 在研究国内外文献和详细的理论分析基础上 ,推导了二代热成像系统的三维噪声模型 ,将系统噪声按时间、空间水平和垂直三维空间划分为 7个噪声项 ,论文分析了各噪声因子的含义 ,给出了计算方法。模型的计算结果与实验测试及FLIR92计算结果具有较好的一致性 ,初步验证了建立的三维噪声模型 ,在建立完整的二代热成像系统性能评估模型方面取得了进展。
【Abstract】 In this paper a 3 D (three dimensional) noise model of second generation thermal imaging system (TIS) is deduced on the basis of reviewing literature and detailed theoretical analysis. In temporal, horizontal and vertical dimensions the noise may be divided into seven components, and the implications of various components are analyzed with the calculation methods given. The calculated results of the model are in good consistent with the experimental testing results and the calculated results of FLIR92 model, preliminarily verifying the established model is an important progress in the establishment of complete performance evaluation models of second generation thermal imaging systems.
