固体图像传感器非均匀性实时校正研究
Study on Real Time Correcting the Nonuniformity of Solid State Image Sensor
【摘要】 分析了非均匀性产生的主要原因 ,基于性能价格比和实时快速的原则 ,采用一点和两点法对固体图像传感器的非均匀性进行了校正并讨论了系统的校正范围 ,给出了用于实时校正的硬件电路框图和实验结果 ,取得了较满意的校正效果。
【Abstract】 The nonuniformity of solid state image sensor which degrades performance severely,even no signal can be detected must be corrected in the condition of present technology.In this paper, the cause of nonuniformity generation is analyzed.Based on principle of ratio of performance to price and real time, one point and two point correction are used and their correction range are discussed. The hardware circuit sketch and result are presented.
