碳纤维树脂板内部缺陷的红外检测
Detection of Subsurface Defects in CFRP with Infrared Thermography
【摘要】 在单向双层碳纤维树脂复合平板中预制了夹杂和气孔缺陷 ,利用电热风机对试样正面和背面进行主动加热 ,借助红外热像仪对试件内部缺陷进行了无损检测 ,此方法简便易行 ,能够实现对复合材料结构的实时在线检测。
【Abstract】 A kind of carbon fiber reinfored plastics(CFRP) plate, with paper and aluminium lards and air bubbles inside was fabricated. Heated by an electrical blower, the temperature change of the composite surface was recorded with an thermal imager,. The lards and air bubbles embedded in the composite can be detected and evaluated in real time.
