人工示踪沙实验的原理与进展
Artificial Tracer Techniques for Sediment Transport Studies: A Review
【摘要】 人工示踪沙实验是进行沉积物搬运研究的一种独立方法,已有近50年的发展历史。人工示踪沙实验有三种主要方法(即空间积分法、时间积分法和连续投放法),可用以获得活动层厚度、垂向和水平扩散系数、输运率等定量参数,并进行不同输沙公式进行对比验证,在海底稳定性分析、港湾冲淤、工程措施影响评价等方面都有应用价值。通过加强实验的物理边界、沉积物活动层厚度、实验的时空尺度、充分混合状态、示踪沙回收率、沉积物搬运过程等方面的研究,可望使人工示踪沙实验的理论更加完备,更具应用价值。
【Abstract】 Artificial tracer techniques represent an approach to sediment transport, independent of mechanics-based semi-empirical methods. They have a history of development of around 50 years. There have been three methods for artificial tracer experiments i.e. the spatial integration method, the temporal integration method, and the continuous inject method. Through such experiments, parameters such as the moving layer thickness, vertical and lateral mixing coefficients for sediment and transport rate can be estimated quantitatively. Further, the result obtained can be used to verify the-calculations using the various transport formulae. Hence, this technique is of high practical value for seabed stability assessment, accretion/erosion evaluation and environmental impact assessment for coastal engineering. The method can be improved further if more studies on the sediment sampling range, depth of disturbance, spatial/temporal scales, sufficient mixing conditions, recovery rate and transport processes are undertaken in the future.
