加铈锡磷青铜组织与性能的研究

【摘要】 研究了稀土铈对锡磷青铜QSn7-0.2合金性能及显微组织的影响,确定了铈在锡磷青铜中的最佳添加量ω为0.09~0.13,通过金相显微组织观察和电镜分析发现,加有少量铈的锡磷青铜合金铸造组织枝晶网格变细小,变形退火后晶粒组织明显细化,添加少量铈可净化合金,消除其杂质的有害作用,并能与铜生成CuCeP金属间化合物,呈点状弥散分布在晶界或晶内细化了合金组织:加铈又显著提高了合金基体中的位错密度,这些都有效地提高了合金硬度,增强了合金的耐磨性.

【Abstract】 The effect of rare earth element Ce on the microstructure and property of alloy QSn7-0. 2 is studied, and it is found that the optimum content of rare earth element Ce to be added into alloy QSn7-0. 2 should be with in the range of 0. 09% -0. 13%. Based on microscopic pictures and electron- microscopical analysis, It’s found that if a small amount of rare earth element Ce id added into the alloy QSn7-0. 2, the dendritic crystal meshes of the cast allo can become finer,and after the alloy being deformed and annealed, is grains can be obiously fined; the alloy gets purified with the undesired impurities removed i in addition, the rare earth element Ce can combine wit copper to generate inter-metallic compound CuCeP which is dispersed around grain boundary or inside grains. The secound-phase compound distributed as small black dots has made the alloy structure finer, adding Ce has emarkably enhanced the dislocation density of the alloy, and increased the hardness and abrasion resistance of the alloy.
