细旦涤纶的氧等离子体改性清洁工艺研究
Study on a Clean-process of the Modification of Fine-polyester Treated by Oxygen Plasma
【摘要】 采用氧低温等离子体技术对细旦涤纶进行改性以提高其染色上染率 .并探讨了氧等离子体放电时间、放电气压和放电功率对细旦涤纶各项性能的影响规律 .实验结果表明 :在最佳工艺条件下 ,细旦涤纶的上染率提高了 1 7%左右 ,可显著减少印染废水中的污染物排放量 ,是一种有利于环境保护的清洁工艺 .经时效应实验结果表明润湿性不随放置时间衰减 .
【Abstract】 In order to improve the dye up-take of fine-PET,this study uses low-temp.oxygen plasma to modify the fine-PET.The law of effects of plasma treatment time.gas pressure,discharge power on fine-PET’s properties was discussed.The results show that the dye up-take increased by 17% under the best technological condition,so the pollutant discharge quantity can be decreased greatly and it is a clean-process beneficial to environment protection.The aging effect experiment illustrated that the wettability of fine-PET did not decrease with the passage of tinm.
